Calligaris Group’s strategic plan outside the national borders doesn’t stop: on the 7th of September opened the new flagship store, located in Munich, Germany.

Calligaris Group’s strategic plan outside the national borders doesn’t stop: on the 7th of September opened the new flagship store, located in Munich, Germany.
With this opening, the fourth after London Paris and Los Angeles, the group strengthens its presence in the country offering a new reference point for the Made in Italy design lovers.

An important chapter that marks the creation of a new retail concept with the perfect integration of all the group brands: the flaghship store will host together, for the first time, Calligaris, Ditre and Luceplan.

Located at number 6 of Lenbachplatz, the store spreads accross a large surface of 605 square meters, arranged on three floors, with eight large windows overlooking one of the main shopping streets in Bavaria: an exclusive location ready to host the new collections of the three brands together with their best sellers.

Among the corners dedicated to every room of the house, you can discover the novelties signed Calligaris, a mix of functionality and beauty, thanks also to the vision of designers able to interpret the contemporary spirit with always new ideas and the great manufacturing experience of the Made in Italy company.
The CAMEO table, with its oval shape, the SILHOUETTE extendable table characterized by a refined and minimal design with rounded and soft profiles and the SUNSHINE, new metal base model, developed for fixed and extendable tables, perfect for all living areas.

The new sofa collection LAYLA, NORMA, LANDA and TWIN becomes protagonist of the living room together with iconic products such as the ICARO table, at the same time extremely elegant and functional and the LIBERTY chair, with a young, contemporary, fresh and constantly evolving design.
Several new armchairs enhance the living area, a place for relaxing moments, such as the RENDEZ-VOUS, the cozy and elegant armchair with a wide and comfortable seat, or the FIFTIES, inspired by the 1950s chairs, which reinterprets the stylistic canons and adapts them to the proportions and comfort of a lounge chair.
The Calligaris furnishings, with their timeless style, are completed by the HOLLY family consisting of chair, stool and lounge chair and the exceptional series of accessories and occasional furniture such as the RENEE coffee tables, with geometric shapes and different heights, and the MERIAN coffee table set, featuring a curved and frosted glass.

The store is characterized by flexible and dynamic spaces where the Calligaris and Ditre Italia worlds coexist in a perfect combination of balances. Refined environments and a careful product selection reflect a stylistic footprint that begins from a discretion and a timeless elegance linked to the Italian culture and the art of know-how, developing an evergreen collection, that goes beyond trends and externality.

The new Ditre proposals create a refined area: the SKIN sofa, with the slender and, at the same time, solid structure, evokes the material tactile sensations and the feeling of an authentic and extraordinary comfort. The CLIP collection, consisting of sofa, coffee table and ottoman, stands out for its soft roundness. The enveloping feature is the main characteristic of the collection: the simple and minimal shapes are brought to another dimension thanks to the soft lines of the backrests and the elements that sinuously surround the armchairs and sofas.

Moreover the flagship store henance its rooms with some bestsellers of the Luceplan collection, a historic design lighting brand that became part of the Calligaris Group in 2019.
In the showroom, harmoniously integrated, there are some classic Luceplan lamps available in the table, floor and suspension versions, able to create sophisticated and comfortable environments.

With this step, the group confirms the brands strength and a remarkable will to recover, making use of the potential that the Made in Italy still has in the European and international markets.
